We're looking for an ambitious and commercially minded Email Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team and lead the evolution of our customer communications strategy.
This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of our email marketing programme, creating engaging customer journeys that strengthen relationships, drive loyalty, and deliver measurable commercial results. Working across Retail, Agriculture, Membership, Ecommerce and Marketing, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right message reaches the right audience at the right time.
From designing sophisticated automated journeys and developing customer segmentation strategies, to analysing performance and uncovering new growth opportunities, you'll help shape how Mole Valley Farmers communicates with customers across multiple channels.

About The Role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday
As Email Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development and delivery of our CRM and email marketing strategy, creating personalised customer experiences that drive engagement, retention and growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own and evolve our email marketing and CRM strategy, driving customer engagement, loyalty and commercial growth.
- Create personalised customer journeys that connect customers with our brands, products and services.
- Turn customer insight and data into high-performing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
- Collaborate across Retail, Agriculture, Ecommerce and Marketing to shape impactful customer communications.
- Champion innovation, testing new ideas and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience.
About You
We're looking for a commercially minded CRM or Email Marketing professional who thrives on understanding customer behaviour and creating communications that make an impact. You'll combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach, using data, insight and creativity to drive engagement and deliver results.
- Experience in Email Marketing, CRM or Customer Engagement.
- Passion for customer experience, personalisation and data-driven marketing.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, collaborative and always looking for ways to improve.
