We're looking for a passionate and commercially minded Digital Campaign & Content Executive to join our growing Ecommerce team. This is a fantastic opportunity to sit at the heart of our digital operation, playing a key role in delivering engaging online campaigns, seasonal events, product launches and customer experiences that drive sales and strengthen our brand.

Working across Ecommerce, Marketing, Design and Technology, you'll be the link that brings ideas to life, ensuring campaigns are executed brilliantly and continuously optimised for performance. No two days will be the same. One day you could be coordinating a major seasonal campaign, the next analysing trading performance, briefing creative assets or helping launch new digital initiatives that enhance the customer journey. About The Role

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday

As our Digital Campaign & Content Executive, you'll help power the digital customer experience across our ecommerce platforms. You'll own the coordination of campaigns and content, working with stakeholders across the business to ensure the right products, messages and promotions reach customers at the right time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Drive the execution of digital campaigns that engage customers, support trading performance and bring the Mole Valley Farmers brand to life online.
  • Shape and coordinate the digital trading calendar, ensuring the right campaigns reach customers at the right time.
  • Deliver inspiring online content and promotional experiences that encourage customers to discover, shop and engage.
  • Work at the centre of cross-functional project teams, bringing together Ecommerce, Marketing, Design and Technology to deliver successful campaigns.
  • Turn commercial and customer insights into actionable recommendations that improve campaign effectiveness and website performance.
  • Support major trading events, seasonal campaigns and product launches across multiple digital channels.
  • Help identify and deliver opportunities to enhance the customer journey and drive ecommerce growth.
  • Play an active role in the evolution of our digital channels, contributing ideas and solutions that make a measurable impact.

About You

We're looking for someone who is passionate about digital commerce and excited by the opportunity to help shape engaging online customer experiences.

  • Experience within ecommerce, digital marketing, digital merchandising or a similar digital environment.
  • A talent for managing multiple projects and priorities while keeping campaigns moving forward.
  • Confidence working with a range of stakeholders and building strong collaborative relationships.
  • A data-driven mindset, using insight and performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to turn ideas into action.
  • Commercial awareness and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • A proactive approach, bringing fresh ideas, problem-solving skills and a desire to make a positive impact.
  • Experience using CMS platforms, web analytics tools or ecommerce systems would be beneficial.
