About The Role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time
Hours of Work: 6 Hours per week, working every other Saturday and Sunday
As a Customer Experience Team Member, youโll be at the heart of our store โ working on the tills, helping customers find the right products, offering expert advice, and creating a welcoming environment. Youโll work closely with your team to deliver a high-quality retail experience, support sales targets, and ensure every customer leaves with a positive impression.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-focused service
Building strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs
Promoting current offers and recommending suitable products
Supporting the delivery of sales targets and store KPIs
Handling customer queries and taking ownership of follow-up
Demonstrating strong product knowledge across all departments
Promoting our membership scheme and processing transactions accurately
Maintaining high standards of store presentation and stock awareness
Following health & safety procedures and safe working practices

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
Youโll be confident, approachable, and self-motivated, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude. Experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential, weโre happy to support your development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
