We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Branch Manager to lead our retail team. This is a high-impact leadership role where you’ll take full ownership of the store’s performance, inspire your team, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. About The Role

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 42.5 hours per week, working Monday to Friday

As Branch Manager, you’ll be a visible and inspirational leader, responsible for driving commercial success and creating a welcoming, solution-focused environment for customers and colleagues. You’ll lead a high-performing team, manage store operations, work closely with the Field Sales Team, and build strong relationships across the business and local community.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the store to deliver strong sales and margin performance
  • Championing high standards throughout the site
  • Recruiting, coaching, and developing team members
  • Managing stock integrity, store audits, and financial controls
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and company policies
  • Building strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and the wider community
  • Ensuring compliance with transport legislation, company policies, and health & safety standards
  • Delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused transport operations

About You

  • Proven experience in a leadership role within retail or a customer-facing environment
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales, stock control, and customer service
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Confidence in interpreting financial data and managing budgets
  • A strategic thinker who inspires and motivates others
  • A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering outstanding service
