About The Role
Hours: Part-time
Hours of Work: 32 Hours Per Week
As Warehouse / Yard Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing stock, leading the team, and ensuring customers receive excellent service. You’ll lead by example, create a positive and solution-focused environment, and make sure every interaction reflects our values: customer first, innovative, knowledgeable, honest, committed, and courageous.
Organising and overseeing goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries
Maintaining integrity of stock records and ensuring correct selling of items
Keeping feedstore and yard areas organised and compliant with company standards
Leading, motivating, and inspiring the warehouse and yard team to achieve goals
Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures
About You
Previous experience in a supervisory role within a retail or feedstore environment
Experience in leading and motivating teams
Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices
Forklift Truck licence (desirable)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
Friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team player committed to success
