We’re looking for a friendly and proactive Agricultural Sales Team Member to join our store team. This is a role where you’ll help deliver an outstanding customer experience, both face to face and via the telephone, whilst supporting day-to-day store operations, and contribute to a positive, knowledgeable, and solution-focused environment.

About The Role

  • Contract: Temporary
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Hours of Work: 35 Hours per week, working on a rota basis

As an Agricultural Sales Team Member, you’ll play a key role in helping customers find the right products, maintaining high standards of presentation, and supporting stock control and merchandising.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering excellent customer service and supporting counter duties and telephone enquiries
  • Building product knowledge across the full range, with a focus on assigned categories
  • Merchandising product categories to ensure visual appeal

About You

  • A genuine interest in agricultural customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
  • Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
  • You’ll be confident, approachable, and self-motivated, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude. Experience in agriculture sales is essential.
