We’re looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Care Team Member to join our store team. This is a customer-facing role where you’ll help create a welcoming, solution-focused environment for our members and customers. About The Role
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time
Hours of Work: 5.5 Hours per week, Sundays
As a Customer Care Team Member, you’ll be a key part of the store’s success, supporting customers with energy, empathy, and professionalism. You’ll handle queries, support counter duties, and contribute to a positive shopping experience.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering consistently outstanding customer service
Responding to queries promptly and professionally
Supporting counter duties with confidence and efficiency
Answering phone calls in line with company standards
Assisting with stock control and maintaining accuracy

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
You’ll be confident, approachable, and self-motivated, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude. Experience in customer-facing roles is a bonus, but not essential, we’re happy to support your development.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good IT skills and a willingness to learn new systems
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards

- Must be capable of lifting heavy products in a safe manor
