Stock Team Member in Liskeard

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Stock Team Member (Stock Replenisher) to help keep our shop floor well-stocked, organised, and ready to deliver a great customer experience. Contract: Permanent
Hours: Part-time
Hours of Work: 22 Hours per week, working on a rota basis

As a Stock Replenisher, you’ll play a key role in maintaining product availability and supporting smooth store operations. You’ll work closely with the Stock and Sales Teams to ensure shelves are stocked, deliveries are processed, and stock records are accurate.

Key responsibilities include:
Moving stock from store to shop floor using picking lists
Processing direct-to-shop deliveries promptly and accurately
Supporting stock file accuracy and updating records
Assisting with stocktaking and investigating discrepancies
Helping maintain a clean, organised, and visually appealing shop environment
Providing cover at the Point of Sale when needed

Experience in retail, warehousing, or stock handling (preferred but not essential)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
Good IT skills and confidence using systems
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks
Awareness of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
