We're looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Alternative Feeds Administrator. About The Role
- Contract: Temporary (12 months)
- Hours: Full-time
- Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday
As an Alternative Feeds Administrator, you'll support the day-to-day operations of the Alternative Feeds Trading team. You'll help manage customer contracts, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate records. This is a varied role that combines administrative precision with customer service and teamwork.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being the first point of contact for customers, delivering friendly and professional support
- Responding to enquiries with clarity, empathy, and a solution-focused mindset
- Supporting monthly customer contract call-outs and coordinating orders for Buckets and Blocks
- Processing call-offs and managing sales and purchase contracts using internal systems
- Liaising with suppliers and transport providers to ensure smooth delivery operations
- Maintaining accurate customer records and contract details
- Supporting contract administration and contributing to efficient workflows
About You
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role
- Strong communication skills with a clear and approachable style
- Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Comfortable learning new systems and managing multiple tasks
- Friendly, proactive, and committed to delivering great service
- A collaborative team player who also works well independently
