We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Farm Sales Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role in supporting our farming members and shareholders, promoting agricultural products, and helping drive sales within the branch. About The Role
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full-time
- Hours of Work: 40 Hours per week, working on a rota basis
As Farm Sales Coordinator, you'll be the face of agricultural excellence in your branch. You'll build strong relationships with farming customers, deliver tailored advice, and work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent service and support.
Key responsibilities include:
- Championing agricultural sales and promoting products and services
- Designing and delivering proactive sales campaigns
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of local market trends and customer needs
- Collaborating with store teams and Head Office to align with member objectives
- Supporting seasonal stock planning and product knowledge development
- Managing customer databases, price lists, and order documentation
- Attending sales meetings and sharing activity updates
About You
- Knowledge of farming and the agricultural/countryside marketplace (essential)
- Previous retail experience (desirable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong retail disciplines and a passion for customer service
- Good IT skills and ability to manage systems accurately
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Aware of Data Protection / GDPR and Health & Safety standards
You'll be confident, proactive, and approachable, with a flexible and team-oriented attitude. A willingness to learn and grow within a customer-focused sales environment is key.
