We’re looking for an experienced and commercially driven Sales Manager to lead our Southern feed sales team and play a key role in shaping the future of our Mole Valley Feed Solutions business. This is a key leadership role where you’ll drive growth, build strong relationships with our farmer shareholders and customers, and lead a team that delivers trusted advice, knowledge, and innovative feed solutions. You’ll work closely with the Head of Agri Feed Sales to develop and execute a clear, forward-thinking sales strategy that supports UK agriculture and strengthens our market position. You’ll be empowered to lead from the front, bring fresh ideas, and influence both performance and direction within a business that is deeply rooted in supporting farmers.
As Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of the Southern feed sales function, leading a field-based team and ensuring a consistent, customer-focused approach across the region. Key responsibilities include:
