We’re looking for a creative and results-driven Campaign Marketing Lead to join our dynamic Marketing team. If you’re passionate about delivering impactful campaigns, managing projects end-to-end, and driving engagement across multiple channels, this is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a business that supports British agriculture. About The Role

Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time
Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday

As a Campaign Marketing Lead, you’ll take ownership of marketing campaigns from initial briefing through to full implementation. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver campaigns across digital, print, and in-store channels, ensuring they align with brand objectives and deliver strong ROI.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing end-to-end campaign planning, briefing, and delivery
  • Coordinating creative development and production of marketing materials
  • Collaborating with digital teams on email and social media content
  • Monitoring campaign performance and producing post-campaign reports
  • Managing budgets and liaising with suppliers
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and marketing best practices
  • Supporting broader marketing activities and seasonal initiatives

About You

  • 3–5 years’ experience in marketing coordination or campaign management
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns
  • Knowledge of campaign planning, targeting, and segmentation
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and analytics platforms
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organised, proactive, and commercially aware
  • Creative thinker with a collaborative mindset
  • Knowledge of the agricultural industry is desirable
