We’re looking for a practical and customer‑focused Warehouse / Yard Assistant to join our team. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll help keep our feedstore and yard organised, safe, and ready for customers. About the Role

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Part‑time
  • Hours of Work: 30 Hours Per Week, working on a rota basis

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting with goods inwards, stock rotation, and accurate processing of deliveries
  • Maintaining integrity of stock records and ensuring correct selling of items
  • Keeping feedstore and yard areas organised and compliant with company standards
  • Delivering friendly, solution‑focused service to all customers
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety policies and company procedures

About You

  • Experience providing excellent customer service in a practical, hands‑on retail setting
  • Experience in manual handling and safe lifting practices
  • Experience working in an agricultural or feedstore environment
  • Forklift Truck licence (desirable)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work under pressure
  • Friendly, enthusiastic, and flexible team player committed to success
