Join our team as an LGV Driver and help us deliver exceptional service to our customers. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and safety‑conscious LGV Driver to join our Retail team. If you hold a Class 2 licence, enjoy meeting customers, and take pride in operating to high standards, this could be the ideal role for you. You’ll be part of a welcoming and supportive store team and play a key part in keeping our products moving.
About The Role
- Contract: Permanent
- Hours: Full time
- Location: Stamford
- Hours of Work: 40 hours per week, working on a rota basis
In this role, you’ll represent Mole Valley Farmers out on the road, delivering products safely and professionally to our customers. You’ll also support general warehouse and yard activities, helping keep the store running smoothly. Every day is different, and you’ll enjoy being part of a team that values collaboration, communication, and great service.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering goods safely, accurately, and on time
- Providing friendly, helpful customer service at every drop
- Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring the vehicle is clean and well‑maintained
- Completing tachograph and compliance checks
- Supporting warehouse operations including picking, loading, and stock handling
- Reporting any issues, defects, or safety concerns promptly
- Working flexibly as part of a team and upholding our Company Values
About You
- Class 2 HGV / LGV Licence
- Driver CPC certification
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, customer‑focused approach
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to Health & Safety
- Flexible, reliable, and a great team player
