We’re looking for a hardworking and customer-focused Yard Team Member to support the day-to-day operations of our yard and store. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help maintain a safe, organised, and welcoming environment for our members and customers, while working collaboratively with colleagues across the business. This will include till operating, lifting and exposure to all elements of the weather.
About The Role

- Hours of Work: 15 Hours per week, working Fridays and Saturdays

As a Yard Team Member, you’ll play a key role in stock handling, customer service, and maintaining high standards across external areas. You’ll support the Stock Supervisor and wider team to ensure efficient operations and a positive experience for everyone who visits the store.
Key Responsibilities
- Delivering excellent customer service at the counter and across the yard
- Receiving, checking, and loading stock accurately and efficiently
- Supporting Point of Sale operations when required
- Maintaining external areas to a high standard of presentation
- Investigating stock discrepancies and supporting seasonal stock reviews
- Participating in stocktaking and maintaining stock file integrity
- Following health and safety protocols
