We’re looking for a hands on and supportive Yard Team Leader to join our team. This is a key leadership role where you’ll help ensure the yard runs safely, efficiently and to a consistently high standard, while supporting and developing your team to deliver great service every day. About The Role

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Hours of Work: 37.5 Hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days

As Yard Team Leader, you’ll work closely with the Yard Manager and wider store team to support the day to day running of the yard. You’ll be a visible and approachable leader, helping to maintain excellent standards of safety, organisation and customer service, while creating a positive and inclusive team environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the daily operation of the yard, ensuring high standards of safety, organisation and presentation
  • Leading by example to deliver excellent customer service and encourage proactive customer engagement
  • Supporting, coaching and developing yard colleagues to build confidence and capability in their roles
  • Ensuring company procedures are followed, including health and safety regulations
