About The Role

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full-time
  • Hours of Work: 45 Hours per week
  • Delivering bagged animal feed using curtain sider lorries.
  • Responsible for loading and unloading using a demountable forklift (Loadmac).
  • Ensuring accurate deliveries and maintaining high standards of service.
  • Ideal for drivers who enjoy hands-on work and varied drop locations.
  • Operate curtain sider lorries with demountable forklift.
  • Deliver bagged feed to farms and retail locations.
  • Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and completing daily checks.
  • Handling delivery paperwork and customer interactions professionally.
  • Supporting operational efficiency and minimising waste.
  • Using onboard systems and digital logs accurately.
  • Requires attention to detail and strong Health & Safety awareness.

About You

  • A valid Class 1 or Class 2 licence.
  • Driver CPC and digital tachograph card.
  • Strong communication and time management skills.
  • A professional, courteous, and safety-conscious approach.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including early, late, and tramping.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Overtime Pay: £21.75 per hour after 45 hours per week.
  • Double Time: £29.00 per hour on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
  • Work Schedule: 4-day week rota with overtime available.
