We’re looking for a reliable, hands‑on individual to join us as a Blending Site Operator, playing a key role in delivering high‑quality feed products and supporting British agriculture. About The Role

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Hours: Full‑time
  • Hours of Work: 47 Hours per week, working Monday to Friday

As a Blending Site Operator, you’ll be central to the smooth running of our blending plant operations. From raw material intake to loading finished products, you’ll help ensure everything is manufactured safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards. This is a hands‑on role with plenty of variety and opportunities to develop your skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Operating mill equipment and process systems safely and efficiently
  • Managing weighbridge procedures for intake, out‑loading, and quality control
  • Operating bagging and packing systems and maintaining accurate records
  • Monitoring stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished products
  • Following medicated feed procedures in line with VMD requirements
  • Supporting compliance audits and reporting incidents promptly
  • Promoting a 'clean as you go' approach and maintaining hygiene standards
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to meet production targets

About You

  • Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or agricultural environment
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
  • Familiarity with operating machinery or automated systems
  • Understanding of Health & Safety regulations and compliance standards
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive, reliable, and team‑oriented approach
