The simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu which focuses on hand made viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads.
We currently have an exciting Sous Chef opportunity in our Newark Worksbakery, situated on the lower Bristol Road in Bath.
Working alongside and reporting to the Head Baker, you are responsible for the daily production of goods, including, viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads that make up our thoughtful menu.
We encourage a healthy work life balance so our working patterns are based on a five day a week, starting from 5:00am or later depending on the specific role.
