We at Mokoko, based in the south west, and are located in the areas of Bath, Bristol and Portishead. Everything we do is made by hand each day in front of our customers. The simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu which focuses on hand made viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads.
We currently have an exciting Sous Chef opportunity in our Portisheadbakery, situated on the beautiful marina.
Working alongside and reporting to the Head Chef, you are responsible for the daily production of goods, including, viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads that make up our thoughtful menu.
We encourage a healthy work life balance so our working patterns are based on a five day a week, starting from 6:00am or later depending on the specific role.
