Mokoko Bakery in Portishead, near Bath and Bristol, is seeking a Sous Chef to join our hand-made bakery crew. You will lead the daily production of viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads, working closely with the Head Chef to maintain our quality standards and thoughtful menu.
With early starts from 6:00am and a five-day working pattern, this role supports a healthy work life balance while delivering exceptional goods to our retail customers in a busy, hands-on environment.
