Mokoko Bakery in the south west invites applications for a Box Maker role at our Box MakersYard store tucked behind Temple Meads. Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation of the daily lunch menu, including preparing fresh fillings, cutting sourdough sandwiches and cutting cakes, all made by hand in front of customers.
We operate with a five day week and start times from 6:00am or later depending on the specific role, reflecting the early hours of bakery life
