We at Mokoko, based in the south west, located in the Bath, Bristol and Portishead areas.
Everything we do is made by hand each day in front of our customers.
The simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu which focuses on hand made viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads.

Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Head Pastry Chef, you would be responsible for the preparation of the daily lunch menu.
- Prepare fresh fillings, cut sourdough sandwiches, cut cakes, etc.
- Working pattern
We encourage a healthy work life balance with a five-day pattern starting from 6:00am or later depending on the specific role.
