We at Mokoko, based in the south west, are located in the areas of Bath, Bristol and Portishead. Everything we do is made by hand each day in front of our customers. The simplest is often the most beautiful and that approach is reflected in our menu which focuses on hand made viennoiserie and naturally leavened breads.

We have a great part time opportunity for a Chef de Partie in our Wapping Wharf bakery situated on the harbourside. Working alongside and reporting to the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the daily production of goods, including viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads that make up our thoughtful menu.
