Mokoko Bakery in the south west, with kitchens in Bath, Bristol and Portishead, invites applications for a Sous Chef at Newark Works bakery. You will report to the Head Chef and lead daily production of viennoiserie, pastries, cakes and naturally leavened breads for our menu.
Working patterns are five days a week starting from 5:00am or later depending on the role. This hands-on position requires precision, pace and a passion for handmade bakery goods.
