We are passionate about creating safe, high-quality products for babies and children, all crafted in Europe from sustainably sourced wood. As we open our brand-new flagship showroom in Chelsea, we\’re looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and help bring the Mokee experience to life.

Role Description

This is a full-time opportunity located in our Chelsea shop. You will play a central role in creating a memorable customer experience and showcasing our brand online.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing expert, warm customer service in-person and over the phone, guiding parents through their nursery planning.
• Processing sales and managing in-store operations to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Creating engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, tiktok, etc.), including photographing products in our beautiful showroom, shooting short videos, and brainstorming creative ideas.

Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking a motivated and versatile individual who thrives in a customer-facing environment and has a creative eye. The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a retail or customer-facing sales role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build rapport.
• An interest and confidence in creating content for social media (experience is a plus!).
• A genuine passion for the baby and maternity sector—whether through personal experience or a dedicated interest.
