What you’ll be doing

We are seeking a motivated Graduate Process Engineer to join our team at Moke International for a 3‑month fixed‑term contract. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about process documentation, optimisation, and continuous improvement within automotive manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the documentation and optimisation of production processes.
• Support senior engineers in troubleshooting and resolving process issues.
• Collect and analyse data to improve efficiency, safety, and quality.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• All work will be guided as such this would be an ideal first step for a newly qualified graduate.

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline or working towards.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic engineering software tools.
• Knowledge of process documentation tools and standards.
