Based in Edinburgh, Mokate UK is recruiting for a Full Time Administration Assistant on a Maternity Cover Fixed term contract. Mokate UK is a leading FMCG supplier working with many leading supermarkets, and our office is based in the South Gyle area which has good access by road or by local public transport. The team is currently working flexible hybrid from office and home mix.

Your new role: You will support the business across a range of tasks including sales processing, sales ledger, and purchase ledger responsibilities. Your duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Order processing
  • Invoicing
  • Uploading invoices to the system
  • Working with SAP system (previous experience preferable) however full training will be provided
  • General associated administration

What you'll need to succeed: You should have proven, successful experience. You should be a highly IT literate candidate, ideally with system experience, good attention to detail, and strong communication skills both written and verbal as you will liaise with colleagues, management, and clients on a daily basis via telephone and email. Sales or purchase ledger experience is required. You will be working as part of a small but busy team; therefore, you should have a team player attitude and be comfortable undertaking adhoc tasks. Proficient use of Microsoft Office including Excel is essential.
