Play a key part in developing MOJU’s Project Management function - one of the fastest-growing drinks brands in the UK!

As one of the fastest-growing beverage brands in the UK, MOJU's mission is to help people live with more mojo, powered by nature's most potent and nutritious ingredients. We are collectively a bunch of people who focus on positive action; we are passionate about our products, people and the planet.

This role leads all MOJU projects through the Stage and Gate process, managing project admin and cross-functional teams to deliver on time, on scope and on budget. You will continually develop and improve MOJU’s project management approach to support innovation, internal initiatives and sustainability projects, and report progress and recommendations to the Senior Leadership Team. This role reports to the Supply, Operations and Impact Director.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Lead MOJU’s Stage and Gate process, driving cross-functional projects to deliver strategic objectives on time, on scope and on budget.
  • Own end-to-end project planning and execution, including timelines, resourcing, budgets, risk management and critical path delivery.
  • Manage stakeholders across the CRU, align expectations, escalate issues and provide clear recommendations to the Leadership Team.
  • Govern the project portfolio, with prioritisation based on value and resource constraints, plus regular reporting on progress and performance.
  • Deliver innovation, business change and sustainability projects, including Scope 1–3 carbon measurement and continuous improvement aligned to B Corp.
  • Continuously improve MOJU’s project processes and tools based on CRU feedback and delivery outcomes.
  • Stay current on project management best practice and embed relevant approaches to increase agility and business impact.
  • Ensure project systems and ways of working are efficient, scalable and fit to deliver high-quality results.

Who you are:

  • 3+ years running cross-functional projects (ideally within FMCG) and keeping lots of moving parts on track.
  • Project management training (PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent) and comfortable using tools like Monday to keep things simple and visible.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can bring people with them and keep teams focused on what matters.
  • Highly organised, proactive and full of energy—someone who takes ownership and loves getting things over the line.

We’re committed to hiring diversely. We encourage members of underrepresented groups to apply to this role. Once you’ve applied, we’ve developed a hiring process where candidates are judged on their unique talents and aptitude, not their identity. This includes how we rate all candidates against the same criteria.

The package:

  • A competitive package is on offer, which will include your salary, discretionary bonus, 28 days holiday, flexible working hours, a generous pension contribution and paid time out of the office for getting stuck into passion projects or social impact initiatives.
  • We also offer free therapy support from Spill Therapy, Classpass membership, Simplyhealth healthcare and as much MOJU as you can shake a shot at!
