What We're Looking For
Highly organised and analytical supply chain executive to join our team and drive worldâclass service levels. Own product master data, compliance and KPI reporting, and work with the Planning & Operations manager to maximise the S&OP cycle. Opportunities to improve forecast accuracy and collaborate crossâfunctionally on projects.
Responsibilities
- Inventory and SKU management: manage inventory, reconcile 3PL and Netsuite ERP, monitor stock availability, address outâofâstock risks, set up new SKUs and master data.
- Customer forecast analysis and demand planning: analyse customer forecasts, work with sales on past performance and upcoming promotions, validate demand plan with Planning & Operations manager, support internal S&OP process.
- Customer and 3PL relationships: build collaborative relationships with retail contacts, proactively identify issues, work with retailers on decisions, maintain and build relationships with 3PL partners.
- Compliance and reporting: own compliance and supplyâchain KPI reporting (OTIF, wastage, availability), coordinate weekly crossâfunctional trading updates, own monthâend reporting.
- Order management: support command of customer logistics (order management, samples, delivery return management), utilise EDI platforms.
What You'll Bring
- 2â3 years experience in supply chain or operations.
- Demand or supply planning experience.
- Exceptional attention to detail in a fastâpaced environment.
- A customerâfirst mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and remain calm while prioritising effectively.
- Great at developing strong stakeholder relationships internally and externally.
- Solid IT skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and ERP systems.
Bonus If You Have
- Netsuite ERP experience.
- Experience building evergreen relationships with retail customers.
