What we’re looking for: We are looking for an energetic, passionate and commercially astute leader, someone who is always up for a challenge and delivering new highs. You’ll be a member of the Sales Leadership team and will work closely with all functions across the business.

The role: This is a high-ownership commercial leadership role. You will own key grocery customers, lead the plan, and deliver against transformational category development growth targets while shaping how MOJU wins in Grocery. You will operate as a business owner for your accounts, leading with clarity, focus, and intent to deliver the best outcomes.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and deliver your customer business
  • Own, manage and grow key grocery customers, delivering category development and commercial targets
  • Build compelling, insight-led solutions to drive penetration
  • Deliver breakthrough execution, leading the rejuvenation of the Chilled Juice category
  • Lead customer plans, optimising investment and delivering clear ROI for MOJU and their retail partners
  • Shape the Grocery strategy through strong commercial thinking and category led solutions
  • Prioritise the critical levers that unlock growth, making clear, confident recommendations
  • Focus time on the highest-impact opportunities to deliver the best outcomes
  • Bring structure and direction to your accounts, ensuring plans are simple, clear and executable
  • Identify opportunities, anticipate risks, and bring clear, actionable insight back into the business
  • Drive performance and operational excellence
  • Own forecasting, working closely with Supply to deliver strong availability and minimise waste
  • Track performance rigorously using EPOS and customer data
  • Continuously improve ways of working to drive efficiency and effectiveness

  • An experienced SNAM/Controller with a proven track record of delivering exceptional performance in a high growth, ever changing environment
  • Strong commercial acumen and someone who knows their numbers inside out
  • An excellent negotiator that focuses on long-term partnerships and is well versed in category first selling
  • Able to work proactively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment
  • A desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to think creatively to find solutions and deliver results in an ever-evolving industry
  • You enjoy working in cross-functional teams, contributing ideas and solutions which support the wider business strategy
  • Happy to muck in with the team and get their hands dirty when needed
