And now, we’re on the hunt for an all-star Senior National Account Manager to bring their elite sales to MOJU’s dynamic team.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for an energetic, passionate and commercially astute leader, someone who is always up for a challenge and delivering new highs. You’ll be a member of the Sales Leadership team and will work closely with all functions across the business.
The role
This is a high-ownership commercial leadership role. You will own key grocery customers, lead the plan, and deliver against transformational category development growth targets while shaping how MOJU wins in Grocery. You will operate as a business owner for your accounts, leading with clarity, focus, and intent to deliver the best outcomes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own, manage and lead some of our key grocery customers, building compelling stories and selling with impact.
- Manage and coach a Grocery Exec who will be responsible for supporting you on your given accounts.
- Deliver sales and profit targets for your given customers, with P&L ownership and budget management.
- Be a thought leader for the business in the grocery channel.
- Be the expert for your given accounts; identify opportunities, anticipate challenges in the marketplace and feedback insights and market intelligence.
- Develop customer plans to optimise trade spend within annual investment targets and determine ROI for key activity to inform future commercial decisions.
- Ensure regular performance reporting. Utilise market EPOS data and relevant customer portal reports; effectively monitoring and tracking performance.
- Play a pivotal role within the Grocery team; support on the delivery of the sales strategy, promotional analysis, customer relationships and bringing the category story to life.
- Manage demand forecasting, working closely with the Operations team to ensure out of stocks and wastage are avoided.
- Constantly seek process improvement to ensure the business operates as efficiently and effectively as possible.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to activate our brand strategy within your customers.

- An experienced SNAM/Controller with a proven track record of delivering exceptional performance in a high growth, ever changing environment.
- Strong commercial acumen and someone who knows their numbers inside out.
- An excellent negotiator that focuses on long-term partnerships and is well versed in category first selling.
- Able to work proactively and autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
- A desire to own projects and exceed expectations, with the ability to think creatively to find solutions and deliver results in an ever-evolving industry.
