Ihre Aufgaben:
- Richtet das Support-System für Aktivitäten im Rahmen von Beschaffungsverträgen gemäß den gesetzlichen Anforderungen ein und verwaltet dieses.
- Richtet das Support-System ein, um die Anforderungen des Support-Vertrags zu erfüllen.
- Ist für die Erbringung der im Support-Vertrag festgelegten Dienstleistungen verantwortlich.
- Unterstützt den Service Operation Manager bei der Einrichtung der Support-Facilities.
- Unterstützt Ad-hoc-Programmüberprüfungen innerhalb der Hensoldt-Organisation.
- Trägt die Verantwortung für die im Risikomanagementplan zugewiesenen Risiken und Chancen.
- Unterstützt den Programmdirektor bei der Vorbereitung, Durchführung und dem Abschluss von Folgemaßnahmen aus allen intern und extern erforderlichen Phasen-/Meilensteinüberprüfungen.
- Stellt sicher, dass gewonnene Erkenntnisse und bewährte Verfahren im gesamten Programm oder in der gesamten Programmorganisation erfasst und angewendet werden.
- Stellt eine effektive Kommunikation durch die Einrichtung und Einhaltung des Programmkommunikationsanhangs zum PMP sicher.
Ihr Profil:
- Entsprechende Qualifikationen im Bereich Luft- und Raumfahrtsysteme.
- Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Bereich des Instandhaltungsmanagements bei den australischen Streitkräften (ADF).
- Nachweisliches Verständnis der Anforderungen der ADF an das technische und Instandhaltungsmanagement.
- Offen für Teamarbeit im internationalen/multikulturellen Umfeld.
- Verhandlungsgeschick mit Kunden und Auftragnehmern (intern & extern).
- Kenntnisse der gängigen Management-Tools wie z. B. MS Project, SAP.
- Deutsch (fließend) und Englisch (verhandlungssicher).
