You’ll build a variety of experience across a mix of commercial and public sector with enough variety built into the schemes that you’ll get to lead more and more of it as you develop and won’t be pigeonholed into one area.
You won’t just draw it, you’ll own the conversations You’ll meet and build relationships with clients properly – meaning you won’t be hidden behind a senior associate.
In fact you could be that Associate in a few years from now.
You’ll always be developing your skills for bigger and more interesting projects - without any internal competition or politics.

- Be an experienced and competent Revit user.
