Your Role
You will be leading our marketing initiatives to elevate our brand and grow our traffic. This will include PR, advertising, content marketing, developing relationships and shaping a community of members who use Mojeek. You will be responsible for generating strategies and implementing them. Our vision of building the world’s alternative search engine will require you to think outside the box and challenge the status quo. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the company and grow together with us.

Skills, values and experience
You will be guided by your strong values that you share with Mojeek. You will have great people skills and a strong command of the English language. You will be confident, passionate, articulate, smart and connected. You will be a team player willing to get stuck into tasks of all sizes. You have experience of being able to plan, create and execute ideas. This role doesn't require you to be technical, although a good understanding and experience with digital tools and technologies is essential. Experience with start-ups is desirable. Experience in marketing web technology products is a big advantage.

Location
We are a small team working fully remote. We will support hot desking where that makes sense. At this stage of the company, candidates would preferably reside within the UK. Visa sponsorship is not available.
