Part-Time Sales Associate in White City

Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Part-Time Sales Associate to join Moida K-Beauty Store in Westfield London Shopping Centre. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. You will assist with various sales activities, including merchandising, stocking, and product demonstrations, while maintaining a clean and organized environment.

Duties

• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, including cashiering and cash handling.
• Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales.
• Conduct product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits.
• Stock shelves and ensure products are well-organized and readily available for customers.
• Supervise junior staff members when necessary, providing guidance and support.

Experience

• Previous experience in retail sales environment is preferred.
• Strong communication skills are required to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer engagement.
