This is not a typical call-centre role. We're looking for a proactive and organised individual to take ownership of customer enquiries, manage orders and help keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be a key part of a small, friendly team speaking directly with customers, coordinating with suppliers, and making sure issues are resolved quickly and professionally.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email from start to resolution
- Processing and coordinating customer orders accurately
- Liaising with suppliers to track orders and resolve issues
- Handling returns, delivery queries and occasional escalations
- Working closely with colleagues to solve problems quickly
- Supporting day-to-day operations across the business
