The Role
We’re looking for a switched-on, motivated and adaptable Customer Service Advisor to join our small and friendly team. You’ll be the voice of Mogo Direct — helping customers, managing orders and ensuring every experience is smooth and positive.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide excellent support by phone and email
  • Help customers with product and order queries
  • Liaise with suppliers for updates and product details
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues
  • Process online and phone orders accurately
  • Authorise returns and handle customer escalations
  • Take on ad hoc tasks to support the team

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
  • Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction and maintain a customer-focused approach
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Confident, polite telephone manner
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
  • Great attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to prioritise and stay calm under pressure
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software is a plus
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
