Corporate Paralegal - Engineering Consultancy

The Paralegal will provide legal assistance to corporate lawyers and contractual support to internal project teams. Duties and Responsibilities: Act as liaison between company lawyers, outside counsel, and clients. Provide daily legal support for internal project teams, particularly within our Spanish entity, and support other company entities as needed. Assemble, proofread, and edit drafts of contracts, licenses, and legal documents. Prepare and file legal documents with relevant authorities. Review contracts and legal documents received in Spanish for English-speaking lawyers and employees. Advise on Spanish public procurement regulations to ensure compliance. Conduct research on projects as directed by corporate lawyers. Ensure the company\’s compliance with applicable regulations. Assist in analyzing legal documents internally. Compile data from trusted legal resources. Other Duties: This job description is not exhaustive; duties may change at any time with or without notice. Qualifications: University degree in Law; a master\’s in Public Procurement is desirable. Experience in a law office or as an in-house lawyer. At least 5 years of relevant experience. Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English. Knowledge of Spanish public procurement regulations and online platforms for submitting public offers is essential. Proficiency with office automation software. Ability to pass a pre-employment background check in compliance with NIST 800-171.
