JOB MISSION
To manage and develop relationships within the indirect and direct on-premise Accounts in the Midlands, in order to achieve profitable brand-building objectives and achieve sales targets for all MHUK brands through the proactive and innovative management of allocated resources. You will be the preferred partner for your clients, dedicated to crafting the best consumer experiences and delivering added value for both your customer and Moët Hennessy UK.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
- Account Management & Business Development
- Implement brand and organizational objectives through a strong and efficient network with On Trade accounts.
- Adapt and build on brand plans, generating innovative activations within brand guidelines.
- Manage, implement, and evaluate these activities (both tailored and generic) in target outlets.
- Prospect and recruit new clients.
- Identify opportunities and recommend action for new brand initiatives.
- Maintain existing customer universe and manage renewals of all key customer contracts.
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow MHUK business and visibility within the Midlands region.
- Create and implement customer-focused business plans.
- Demonstrate initiative and interest in increasing brand and product knowledge.
- Develop a network of contacts and key influencers within the channel to maximize opportunities.
- Act as an ambassador for our portfolio, delivering consistently excellent training and educational consumer events.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with wholesale representatives and key trade influencers.
- Illustrate sharing of best practices through active networking with colleagues.
- Manage sector and brand-related budgets/resources to optimum effect within agreed guidelines.
- Manage credit, payment, and invoicing procedures within set timelines.
- Balance focus between high image and high-volume accounts.
- Negotiate contracts with on-trade clients respecting the profitability of Moët Hennessy P&L.
- Effectively manage the accounts P&L, building contract discussions and proposals accordingly.
- Use sales reporting systems to monitor, analyse and plan business performance against target.
- Gather and use comprehensive competitor information.

CANDIDATE’S PROFILE
- Education:
- WSET Certification a plus.
- Full UK Driving License necessary.
- Thorough understanding of Midlands region On-Trade Accounts, with a proven network in this area.
