Contribute to the construction and the implementation of the sustainability strategy across the EMEA region. Leading the deployment of the sustainability strategy for the UK market. At the region level, the main missions will focus on carbon-related initiatives to support MH's sustainable commitment. Provide expertise to the core sustainability team to efficiently support the sustainability road map (performance improvement, operational assistance, data collection & analysis and project support).

Job Responsibilities

  • Purpose / Vision: As part of the EMEA Sustainability Core Team, build and deploy MH Sustainability strategy across the EMEA region.
  • Regional: Overall development and integration of MH sustainability ambition across EMEA, including defining yearly roadmap and supporting sustainability champions in delivering strategy in their markets. Raise internal awareness about sustainability. Engage suppliers across EMEA: close collaboration with partners to reduce environmental footprint across key marketing topics and to decarbonise MH supply chain. Management of supplier sustainability data for impact tracking. Carbon footprint data management – data collection process, carbon footprint tool management, decarbonization trajectory building, project management, and key deliverables. Tool monitoring & external partner collaboration for carbon footprint calculation.
  • UK Market Level: Management of MHUK’s sustainability and wellbeing budget each year. Lead MHUK Sustainability Committee to engage MHUK community at key moments (e.g., International Women’s Day, Earth Day, Neurodiversity Inclusion). Oversee MHUK's four social impact programmes. Collaborated with the HRD on MHUK DE&I Roadmap for 2026, enhance employee wellbeing, reignite company culture and foster inclusion and belonging across MHUK. Deliver MHUK sustainability trainings.
  • Communication / Performance Monitoring: Communication between internal stakeholders. Animation of the Sustainability community. Qualitative & quantitative analysis, tracking & reporting. Anticipate and produce the material (mainly presentations) for management meetings (Champions meeting, Steering Committee, Comex, …).
  • Best Practices and Industry Benchmarks: Collect and share best practices to raise expertise and inspire the sustainability committee.
  • Performance Objectives: KPI's consistency and regular reporting. Relevance of action plans. Operations core model integrity.

Experience: A first experience in sustainability. Have good subject matter knowledge of sustainability in its broadest sense (environmental, social, consumption, branding). Expertise at managing sustainability reporting to demonstrate progress against KPIs and targets.

Profile: Analytic skills. Proactive mindset. Action driven. Great communication skills. Be able to develop relationships across all functions of the business, and all levels.
