These exceptional brands are not only the largest volume drivers within Moët Hennessy but also represent a thrilling growth opportunity. As we continue to elevate these names into true icons of the rosé world, we are expanding our team to take them to even greater heights.
This role will be supporting the Rosé Marketing Team in developing and executing specific Marketing and trade projects across the rosé wine portfolio: Chateau d’Esclans, Minuty, Chateau Galoupet.
Brand Management & Activation Support
- Support the rosé marketing team in the creative, development, management and reporting of impactful brand events and activations throughout the year including specific brand and category initiatives.
- Demonstrate creativity and an innovative mindset through actively contributing to brand and portfolio marketing initiatives.
- Act as brand guardian across all rosé brands, adhering to each brand’s positioning, DNA and codes with a close attention to detail to all brand touchpoints to ensure they are executed to an elevated level.
- Active support and attendance at all other events & tastings all year long (organization, logistics, etc.).
- Support Customer Marketing team on rosé brand‑related activations for on and off‑trade.
- Organization of and attendance to Wine Trade Fairs and customer trade shows.
PR and Communication
- Working alongside PR agency contacts to consolidate and share relevant coverage across rosé brands.
- Support rosé marketing team and their agencies during influencer and KOL sampling programmes.
- Participating in agency meetings and being the main point of contact on all brand collaterals, i.e. POSM, stock, and logistics.
- Support Marketing team on brand’s CRM strategy and monthly communication plan.
- Creation of brand and communication materials for use internally and externally e.g. tent cards for key accounts and for events, internal brand presentations, education documents.
Vintage Release and Wine Communication
- Support the rosé marketing team to build and manage a clear vintage release calendar and communication plan across the rose portfolio to relevant stakeholders across the business.
Administrative Support
- Support the wine marketing team in managing point of sales materials (POSM): Manage orders, stock, and logistics (follow up on deliveries, collections, etc.).
- Financial support: creating purchase orders, processing invoices, ensuring timely payments, and keeping track of budget expenditure.
- Key point of contact for Sales Admin: providing the most updated information on any of the products from the Rosé wines portfolio.
Languages
- Fluent English.
Professional Experience & Know How
- Previous work experience/internship in one or more of the following is a plus: Brand Management, PR and Comms, Events and Sponsorships.
- Strong Word, PowerPoint, and Excel skills.
