Position Performance Marketing Manager will lead, create and deliver marketing and trading strategies to deliver against brand and commercial objectives across MHUK e‑Retail Channels and partners, including Ocado, Grocer e‑comm, and specialist e‑retailers, with a key focus on Amazon. This role blends performance marketing expertise with upper‑funnel brand‑building across digital retail environments. You will drive measurable business growth—Qualified Traffic, Net Sales, Gross Margin—while also shaping long‑term brand equity through advanced media planning and full‑funnel activation. You will align with UK Brands, Global E‑Business, and Global Maison teams to define and execute a cohesive, premium digital presence across e‑retailer platforms.
Job Responsibilities
- Amazon Media Ownership (Upper Funnel & Performance)
- Own, in conjunction with the UK brand teams, Global E‑Business teams and Maisons the Amazon media plan across DSP, Sponsored Ads, Streaming TV, and emerging formats.
- Advocate and develop brand‑building campaigns on Amazon DSP to broaden reach, attract new‑to‑brand consumers, and build premium equity.
- Leverage Amazon Marketing Cloud to improve multi‑touch attribution, understand consumer journeys, and implement data‑driven optimisation.
- Educate and collaborate with Maison and UK brand teams to evaluate and align brand marketing budgets and campaigns with Amazon full‑funnel capabilities and other e‑Retail media.
- Partner with the senior e‑KAM to align marketing investment with availability, content readiness, and joint business plans.
- Build relationships with Amazon’s media, measurement, and category teams.
- Performance Marketing Excellence Across All E‑Retailers
- Work with the UK digital marketing team to ensure optimal channel mix across paid search, display, Amazon CRM, on‑site activations, programmatic, social commerce, and shopper marketing.
- Develop end‑to‑end multi‑channel plans that balance commercial performance with Maison brand‑building objectives.
- Manage budget allocation across partners and channels to maximise ROI and sustainable growth.
- Guide and challenge agencies to deliver continuous optimisation, efficiency, and innovation.
- Campaign Execution & Content Deployment
- Oversee the activation of digital campaigns on Amazon and other e‑retailer platforms (Ocado, Grocer e‑comm sites etc.) using Amazon Ads, Pacvue, Citrus and other tools and interfaces.
- Work with the Digital Content and Activations team to ensure all creative assets reflect Maison standards and premium positioning.
- Work closely with the UK and global digital content and creative team, brand teams, and external agencies to deliver best‑in‑class content across retail media ads, and digital storefronts.
- Measurement, Insights & Continuous Improvement
- Establish clear KPIs for brand and commercial outcomes across all retail media.
- Analyse campaign performance using Amazon tools (DSP UI, AMC, Brand Analytics) and broader analytics platforms (GA, Adobe Analytics).
- Build and present monthly and quarterly performance reviews to senior leadership.
- Identify growth opportunities, drive test‑and‑learn roadmaps, and recommend strategic changes.

- Professional experience & know how
- 5 years’ experience in performance marketing, retail media, or e‑commerce, ideally within premium brands, FMCG, or luxury.
- Proven experience managing full‑funnel campaigns, preferably on Amazon Media, including Amazon DSP, Sponsored Ads, Amazon Marketing Cloud, and measurement tools.
- Demonstrated ability to design and optimise upper‑funnel campaigns to widen brand reach and attract new‑to‑brand consumers.
- Experience working directly with media agencies, retail media networks, and third‑party service providers, with evidence of delivering efficiency, innovation, and measurable business results.
- Strong track record developing and optimising product content, data feeds, and retail search (e.g., Google PLAs, Amazon product data optimisation).
- Expert‑level understanding of web and retail analytics tools (GA4, Adobe Analytics, AMC, Amazon Brand Analytics, etc.).
