As a Veuve Clicquot Marketing Intern, the mission is to assist the Brand Management team in developing and executing specific Marketing and Communication projects in line with the brand’s strategy whilst ensuring overall support in efficient and successful day to day work. Our Marketing Internships are a fantastic opportunity to discover our Brands, our Company and to get familiar with our business’ specificities. As an Intern you will be part of the Marketing team and will report to the Veuve Clicquot Brand Manager. You will be liaising with the Marketing and Sales teams across our business and will have the opportunity to make an impact by co‑ordinating large and small events, partnerships, and projects, whilst supporting the Brand Manager and Marketing Manager ensuring a strong day by day administrative and logistic support for the Brand’s activations. All our internships are 12 month full time contracts.

Job Responsibilities

  • Brand Activations
    • Support the development of Brand events.
    • Be a key point of contact with external agencies for the roll‑out.
    • Support the brand by being a key on‑site event assistance including set‑up when necessary.
    • Act as a brand champion both internally and externally with trade guests and end consumers.
    • Support the Brand Team in creating itineraries (winemaker tours) when necessary and hosting moments throughout the year.
    • Support content creation including briefing for the brand (i.e. photographer, videographer).
  • Trade Activations
    • Co‑lead the development and implementation of Brand visibility (i.e. window display, in‑store visibility, etc.) working in partnership with sales and consumers engagement teams and agencies.
    • Co‑lead the development of activation in the on trade in liaison with the consumers engagement team.
  • PR
    • Support on yearly PR and Brand campaign in liaison with the Communications and Culture team and PR agencies.
  • POSM
    • Support orders, stock, and logistics (follow up on deliveries, collections, etc.).
    • Local sourcing or creation where required.
    • Support on POSM forecasting and budget.
  • Administration
    • Be a key point of contact for Sales Admin by providing the most updated information on the Brand.
    • Monthly report: help to gather all information required for monthly presentations and activation summaries, i.e. wrap up.
    • Support team for ad‑hoc sales requests.
    • Provide financial supports in terms of raising Purchase Orders, helping to ensure timely payments, and executing new vendor requests.
