Moelis & Company’s experienced professionals advise clients on their most critical decisions, including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations and restructurings, capital markets transactions, and other corporate finance matters. Overview of the opportunity: We are looking for a detail-obsessed, proactive and highly organised Campus Coordinator to join our London team and act as the operational engine of Moelis & Company’s campus programme. Reporting to the Campus Lead, you will support our Summer Analysts (interns) and full-time Analysts across the entire lifecycle — from attraction and hiring, through onboarding, training and development, to performance review. The role spans two parts: supporting the end-to-end recruitment process for our analyst classes, and looking after our junior talent while they are with the Firm by coordinating the training calendar, running internal networking and social events, and supporting the performance review process. It is a hands-on, process-driven role for someone who is hungry to learn, comfortable with change, and takes genuine pride in making things run seamlessly.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle for Summer Analyst and full-time Analyst hiring — scheduling interviews, assessment centres, superdays and offer logistics across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
- Planning and on-the-ground logistics of careers fairs, campus presentations, networking events and recruitment treks, ensuring every event runs to a high standard.
- Manage candidate communications and the end-to-end candidate experience, acting as a professional, responsive first point of contact for applicants.
- Maintain accurate, real-time data and pipelines across the recruiting process, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks during peak periods.
- Own and maintain the training calendar for interns and analysts, coordinating sessions, trainers, rooms, materials and attendance.
- Support the planning and execution of internal networking and social events that integrate junior hires into the Firm and help them build relationships across teams.
- Support the onboarding of new joiners, ensuring a smooth, well-organised arrival and first-weeks experience.
- Support the performance review process — coordinating review cycles, collating feedback, tracking completion and helping ensure reviews run on time and to process.
- Act as a friendly, reliable day-to-day point of contact for interns and analysts throughout their time with the Firm.
- Administer and maintain the Firm’s applicant tracking and talent systems (e.g. Workday, Oleeo), keeping records, statuses and reporting accurate and up to date.
- Follow and continuously refine recruiting and programme processes, handling repetitive, process-driven tasks with consistency and precision, and producing status updates and trackers for the Campus team and senior stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships across the business and with target universities and student societies — partnering with bankers and reviewers, representing and “selling” Moelis & Company at events and treks, and taking ownership of university recruitment activity over time.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Some prior experience in recruitment coordination, HR / talent acquisition, early-careers / graduate programmes, events or operations; financial services experience preferred but not essential.
- Experience with an applicant tracking or talent system — ideally Oleeo or Workday — is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with a meticulous, quality-focused approach to scheduling, data and event logistics.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams — recruiting, training and reviews — and deliver consistently against tight deadlines.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn recruiting and talent systems and tools, particularly Workday.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident engaging with people at all levels on and off campus.
- Proactive, self-starting and resourceful, with a positive, can-do attitude and pride in delivering high-quality work, even when it is repetitive and not always glamorous.
- Composed under pressure, with the flexibility to work long days during peak recruiting, training and review periods.
- Hungry to learn, curious about the business, and comfortable with change and shifting priorities.
- Undergraduate degree, or equivalent relevant experience, preferred.
