Role Overview

We're now looking for an exceptional

WFM Implementation Consultan t to help lead our next stage of growth.

You will play a key role in delivering end-to-end implementations of the Dayforce Workforce Management solution, including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Planning and related modules.

Working closely with clients, you'll lead workshops, gather requirements, configure solutions, and guide organisations through every stage of their implementation journey.

You'll combine strong consulting skills with functional expertise to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, workforce productivity and employee experience.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a specialist Dayforce consultancy, working on complex transformation projects with a collaborative team that values quality, innovation and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery workshops to understand client Workforce Management processes, business challenges and project objectives.
  • Gather, document and validate business requirements, translating them into scalable Dayforce Workforce Management solutions.
  • Configure Dayforce Workforce Management modules, including Time & Attendance, Scheduling, Workforce Planning and Leave & Absence (where applicable).
  • Design functional solutions that align with client requirements while following Dayforce implementation best practices.
  • Develop and execute test scripts, supporting System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and issue resolution.
  • Support cutover planning, go-live activities and post-implementation hypercare to ensure successful deployments.
  • Collaborate with Integration, Data Migration, Technical Consultants and Project Managers to deliver seamless end-to-end implementations.
  • Build trusted client relationships by providing expert guidance, facilitating workshops and acting as a trusted advisor throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Deliver training, knowledge transfer and change management activities to drive user adoption and long-term client success.
  • Stay up to date with Dayforce product enhancements and Workforce Management best practices, contributing to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing across the consulting team.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience implementing Dayforce Workforce Management solutions.
  • Strong functional knowledge of Workforce Management processes, including Time & Attendance and Scheduling.
  • Experience leading client workshops and translating business requirements into system solutions.
  • Strong understanding of implementation lifecycle and project delivery methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working remotely within project teams and managing multiple priorities.
