We are now hiring an experienced Solution Architect to support the design and assurance of high-quality HCM solutions, working closely with our Senior Solution Architect. This role is ideal for someone with strong consulting and technical experience in HCM (ideally Dayforce or a comparable platform such as Kronos or UKG) who is ready to step into architecture responsibilities. You will play a key role in solution design, integration, and technical assurance activities across HR, payroll, and workforce management. As part of a growing team in a dynamic, scale-up environment, you'll need to be adaptable, hands-on, and excited to build solutions and processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Solution Architect in developing end-to-end solution designs across HR, payroll, and workforce management.
- Produce technical documentation, design artefacts, and configuration standards.
- Assist with integration design and data mapping between Dayforce and client/third-party systems.
- Contribute to design workshops, capturing requirements and shaping solution options.
- Ensure alignment with defined design standards, governance, and assurance frameworks.
- Support responses to RFPs, proposals, and change requests with input on technical feasibility.
- Collaborate with consultants to resolve technical design queries during delivery.
What You Bring:
This role provides a unique opportunity for a proactive and driven individual. We are looking for applicants who have:
- Solid grounding in HCM system Dayforce or similar enterprise HCM systems, with exposure to configuration, integrations, or data models.
- Ability to analyse requirements and translate them into solution components.
- Strong attention to detail in producing documentation and technical artefacts.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to engage confidently with internal teams and clients.
- A proactive learning mindset and ambition to progress towards senior architecture roles.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical/analytical field; equivalent experience considered.
- Experience: 3-5 years in HCM consulting, system implementation, and solution design. Dayforce experience preferred, but exposure to other enterprise HCM platforms (Kronos, UKG etc.) is also relevant.
- Certifications: HCM platform or enterprise architecture certifications (e.g., Dayforce, UKG, Kronos) are a strong advantage.
