As a Dayforce Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end implementations of the Payroll modules and integrated solutions. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure the system to align with business needs, and ensure a seamless transition to Dayforce. Your expertise will help clients optimise their Payroll processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve operational excellence.
Location: Remote (UK-Based)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Travel Requirements: Occasional travel to client sites, including international, based on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops with clients to understand their Payroll processes and requirements. Document business requirements, map them to Dayforce capabilities, and identify any configuration needs.
- System Configuration and Design: Configure the Dayforce Payroll solution to meet client specifications, ensuring alignment with the global template (where applicable). Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migrations related to Payroll processes.
- Testing and Validation: Develop test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate configurations and resolve issues. Ensure the Payroll end-to-end solution meets business requirements and compliance standards before deployment.
- Training and Change Management: Deliver training sessions for Payroll teams and super-users to ensure a smooth transition to the platform. Provide change management support to help clients adopt new workflows and optimise Payroll operations.
- Post-Implementation Support: Assist clients during the post-go-live phase, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a stable system environment. Stay updated on Dayforce product enhancements and industry best practices. Provide strategic advice to clients on optimising their Payroll processes using Dayforce.
Required Skills and Experience
- This is a fully remote working role based in the UK; for any candidates applying from abroad, please consider that relocation to the UK will be required.
- Proven experience in implementing Dayforce, with a focus on the Payroll modules and solutions.
- Strong understanding of Payroll processes, best practices and compliance.
- Hands-on configuration experience with Dayforce, particularly Payroll modules and solutions.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Dayforce Payroll module certification.
- Experience in other Dayforce modules (e.g., Payroll, WFM, Talent).
- Background in Payroll, either as a Payroll professional or in a consulting capacity.
- Experience working in retail, hospitality, or other fast-paced industries.
