As a Dayforce Implementation Consultant, you will play a critical role in delivering end-to-end implementations of the HR and Talent modules. You will collaborate with clients to gather requirements, configure the system to align with business needs, and ensure a seamless transition to Dayforce. Your expertise will help clients optimise their HR processes, improve employee experiences, and achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement and Requirements Gathering: Conduct workshops with clients to understand their HR processes and requirements. Document business requirements, map them to Dayforce capabilities, and identify any configuration needs.
- System Configuration and Design: Configure the Dayforce HR module to meet client specifications, ensuring alignment with the global template (where applicable). Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migrations related to HR processes.
- Testing and Validation: Develop test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate configurations and resolve issues. Ensure the HR module meets business requirements and compliance standards before deployment.
- Training and Change Management: Deliver training sessions for HR teams and super-users to ensure a smooth transition to the platform. Provide change management support to help clients adopt new workflows and optimise HR operations.
- Post-Implementation Support: Assist clients during the post-go-live phase, addressing queries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a stable system environment. Stay updated on Dayforce product enhancements and industry best practices. Provide strategic advice to clients on optimising their HR processes using Dayforce.
Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience in implementing Dayforce, with a focus on the HR and Talent modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, best practices and compliance.
- Hands-on configuration experience with Dayforce, particularly HR modules.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into system solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Dayforce HR module certification.
- Experience in other Dayforce modules (e.g., Payroll, WFM, Talent).
- Background in HR, either as an HR professional or in a consulting capacity.
- Experience working in retail, hospitality, or other fast-paced industries.
