POSITION PURPOSE
At Modus BPCM the primary function we perform for our clients is to raise and extend awareness around a client’s brand and their products.

The role of Account Manager, Talent & Partnerships is to work closely with account teams to deliver best-in-class talent and partnership programmes across our client portfolio.
Working collaboratively across the agency, you will support the planning, execution and management of influencer, VIP and partnership activity, helping to create culturally relevant campaigns that drive meaningful results for our clients.
You will build and nurture relationships with talent, agents and creators, whilst developing your expertise across influencer marketing, paid partnerships and creative collaborations.
With support from senior team members, you will help identify opportunities, deliver campaigns and contribute to strategic thinking across the agency.
In this role, you will cultivate an abundance of relationships with talent including, VIPs, influencers, and creators and be well-versed in all aspects of influencer marketing – including: ideating, planning and activating paid influencer campaigns and prompting high-impact earned media results via creative programming.
While all Modus BPCM teams are involved in influencer marketing at some level, you are considered an expert on all things pertaining to influencers specifically.
Key areas of responsibility include
- Project management of partnerships, campaigns & special projects pertaining to Talent
- Community building + advisory across our client portfolio
- Supporting account teams where relevant
- Maintain relations with Talent agents + Talent alike
- Maintaining master Talent databases
- Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for talent and partnerships workstreams across assigned clients, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks between teams
- ACCOUNTABILITIES
Your Day-to-Day
- Support & manage Account Executives / Assistants on all things Talent related, from casting, list building, relationships, community building, paid campaign outreach, events and more
- Work in collaboration with social media and PR teams to create client strategies that amplify activities through influencer engagement
- Build relationships with agents, and talent
- Proactively ideate opportunities to increase brand affinity and advocacy with influencers for client programs
- Understand various brand demographics, psychographics and overall target of type of influencer
- Paid Talent campaign management + programming
- Support the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, taking ownership of day- to-day management while working alongside senior team members on larger-scale programmes.
- Own the end-to-end workback timeline for paid talent campaigns, flagging risks before they become problems
- Identify key larger Talent partnership opportunities for clients; create yearly activation plans for these partnerships
- Determine KPIs for paid influencer campaigns based on client goals
- Help draft and review contracts and briefs, work with brand legal teams on agreements
- Negotiate costs with agents/Talent to meet budget goals
- Deliver recap reports with strategic recommendations for client's next Talent campaign(s)
- Create/manage lists of social media Talent across agency portfolios
- Ongoing identification of new Talent
- Manage up, keep senior team and clients ‘ in the know’, proactively raise status updates rather than waiting to be asked
- Anticipate client and internal needs ahead of time, coming to meetings with solutions scoped out reather than waiting to be kep abreast by senior team or waiting to flag issues
- Build genuine and trusted relationships with talent and agents that extend transactional outreach -be the person they want to work with again
